Who is responsible

MOTION ANALYTICS LTD, trading as MotionAnalytics, operates this website and is responsible for the website information described here. For questions about this notice or requests concerning your personal information, contact info@motionanalytics.io.

This notice covers our company website, inquiries and website measurement. Visiting this site does not create a biomechanical signature of you or run MotionID identification on you. Separate notices and arrangements are needed for customer deployments and any evaluation involving identifiable video.

What we collect and why

• Inquiries: your name, email, optional company name, area of interest and message, plus associated submission and response records. We use these to respond, assess your request and discuss a potential business relationship.
• Site delivery and security: our hosting and security providers receive technical connection information such as IP address, browser information and request logs to deliver pages, protect the service and investigate faults or abuse.
• Optional analytics: only after you accept, Google Analytics processes cookie identifiers, device/browser information, approximate location, page visits and interaction events, including video use and inquiry outcomes. Our analytics events do not include the name, email, company name or message entered in the form.
• Recruitment: when a role is open, its application flow may request contact details, a CV and role-related information. We use these to evaluate the application and contact the applicant. No general talent-pool signup is offered on this site.

Where GDPR applies, our basis for business inquiries and maintaining a potential business relationship is our legitimate interest in responding to professional requests. For steps you personally request towards a contract, we rely on those pre-contractual steps where applicable. We use our legitimate interests in administering recruitment and protecting the service for application handling and security, subject to individual rights and applicable employment law. Optional analytics relies on consent. Processing required by law relies on the relevant legal obligation.

Your choice to contact us

You are not legally required to submit information. To use the inquiry form, we need your name, email, area of interest and message; company name is optional. Without the required details we cannot process that form. You can also contact us by email. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or grant analytics consent.

Please describe your use case without including identity documents, sensitive personal information, confidential footage or information about other people. Arrange any video evaluation separately with our team.

Who receives the information

Authorized MotionAnalytics personnel handle inquiries and applications. Wix provides hosting, forms and related site services. Google Workspace supports our business email, correspondence and notifications. Google Analytics receives measurement information only when you opt in. These providers may use supporting subprocessors. We may disclose information when required by law or where necessary to protect rights, security or legal claims.

Our website has no advertising pixels or session recording enabled. We do not configure its analytics to collect form text or enable advertising personalization. A link to LinkedIn, a publisher, YouTube or Spotify opens that provider’s service; its own privacy terms then apply. Their players are not embedded in the Media page.

International processing

We are based in Israel. Wix and Google may process website information in Israel, Europe, the United States and other countries where they or their service providers operate. Their published data processing terms describe international-transfer safeguards, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can read Wix’s data processing terms, Google Analytics’ data processing terms and Google Workspace’s Cloud Data Processing Addendum, or contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your information.

Cookies and browser storage

You can choose Essential only or Accept analytics. Both allow you to use the site and contact form. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. We also suppress optional measurement when the browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. These signals do not prevent essential service delivery or a form request you choose to send.

Hosting and security cookies

Wix and its infrastructure providers may set necessary security or service cookies. A current response included Cloudflare’s __cf_bm, with a 30-minute lifetime, and sec-fetch-unsupported, a session cookie. Availability can vary by request and provider configuration.

Measurement preference

motionanalytics.measurement.v1 stores your analytics choice, notice version and timestamp locally for up to 180 days. It is used to remember your choice, including refusal.

Google Analytics cookies

_ga and _ga_* distinguish browsers and sessions. Our site configures a maximum lifetime of 180 days without extending expiry on each visit; browsers may shorten it. These load only after opt-in. How Google uses information from this site.

Campaign attribution

After consent, motionanalytics.campaign holds a restricted set of campaign labels for the browser session. It is cleared when measurement is declined or withdrawn.

Internal testing and withdrawal safeguards

A local browser-exclusion preference and, when needed, a session denial safeguard prevent measurement during internal reviews or after withdrawal. They contain no form answers.

Withdrawal stops optional measurement going forward and attempts to clear our analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase information already received by Google. For a personal-data request, contact us. If your browser blocks storage, we may be unable to remember a choice for a later visit. Optional measurement remains off until a valid choice can be used. You can also clear site storage using your browser settings.

Retention

Our approved retention policy uses 2 months for Google Analytics user-level and event-level detail, without resetting the user period on new activity. Standard aggregated reports are not governed by those periods. These are separate from the cookie and browser-preference lifetimes above.

Our retention policy calls for deleting unconverted website inquiries 12 months after the last substantive contact and unsuccessful applications 6 months after the hiring decision, unless a legal hold, a contract or another legal duty requires longer retention. Inquiry and application records are reviewed through our operational retention process; they are not automatically deleted by the website code. Data retained for an ongoing contractual relationship is handled for that relationship and applicable legal duties.

Hosting/security logs and provider backups have separate provider-managed retention and deletion cycles. Contact us for information about a particular record or provider. A request to delete active records does not promise immediate removal from every protected backup.

Requests and your rights

Contact info@motionanalytics.io to request access to or correction of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on the law that applies, you may also request deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision on your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within applicable legal time limits. We do not require identity documents in the website form.

Where applicable, you can complain to the Israel Privacy Protection Authority, your EEA supervisory authority, the UK ICO, or your relevant US state regulator.

The site is intended for professional audiences, not directed at children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, please contact us.

Updates and contact
